Payment guide

Thank you for choosing Adventure Ride Vietnam (ARV). To ensure a smooth and convenient booking experience, we provide several secure payment methods for both domestic and international travelers. Please follow the guide below to complete your payment.

    1. Deposit & Full Payment Policy

    • A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
    • The remaining balance can be paid before the tour starts or on the day of departure (depending on the tour type).
    • Details regarding deposit amount and deadlines will be provided during the booking process.

    2. Accepted Payment Methods

    2.1 Bank Transfer

    You can complete payment via international or domestic bank transfer. Bank Information:

    • Account name: [Your Account Name]

    • Account number: [Number]
    • SWIFT code: [Code]
    • Branch: [Branch Name]

    Please include your full name + tour name + travel date in the transfer note.

    2.2 Credit / Debit Cards

    We accept major cards such as:

    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express (if supported)

    Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway. Additional processing fees may apply depending on the card issuer.

    2.3 Online Payment

    For selected tours, we support online payment through:

    • Payment links
    • QR code transfers
    • E-wallets (if available in your country)

    Your travel consultant will send a secure payment link when applicable.

    2.4 Cash Payment

    You may complete your payment in cash:

    • At our office
    • Directly to our guide on the tour day (for the remaining balance)

    Please note that we only accept Vietnamese Dong (VND) for cash payments.

    3. Payment Confirmation

    Once your payment is received, ARV will:

    • Send you a Payment Confirmation Email
    • Confirm tour details, start time, and preparation checklist
    • Provide contact information for your assigned travel consultant or guide

    If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

    4. Invoice & Receipts

    Invoices are available upon request. Please inform us in advance if you need:

    • A tax invoice
    • A corporate invoice
    • A digital or printed receipt

    5. Refunds & Cancellations

    Refunds follow ARV’s official Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds may take 3–14 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing time.

    6. Payment Safety & Security

    We are committed to ensuring safe transactions. ARV uses:

    • Secure payment gateways
    • Encrypted transaction channels
    • Verified banking information
    • Strict internal procedures to protect customer data

    We will never request your card PIN, OTP codes, or bank login information.
